The story of Revenge of The Ugly Hero is set in a medieval fantasy world where looks are everything. You were summoned to this world as one of the four legendary heroes to fight the demon armies, but due to your ugly appearance, you were immediately looked down upon by the king and the court, and also by the other heroes. You were granted the power of a healer, which is perceived as useless in this kingdom. The princess, who appears innocent and kind, set you up and falsely accused you of sexually assaulting her just because she thinks you are ugly and wants to get rid of you for her amusement. Now, you need to make your way through a monster labyrinth to get back to the outside world, defeating monsters along the way and leveling up. You have an unique ability that allows you to gain exp like in an RPG and put points into different attributes, including attractiveness.
