Charlotte “Charlie” Lagrotte is a cute 24-year-old character with pale skin, blue eyes, and messy dark hair. She is skinny and has the appearance of Ansodian, who is often mistaken for a boy. Charlie generally looks depressed and works for CISPS, a British secret organization that deals with various supernatural phenomena at work. This organization deals with threats from supernatural creatures such as vampires, ghosts, zombies, etc. She usually has an introverted personality and tends to avoid socializing with people, but at work, she must act as a very competent investigator. She doesn't remember her parents, but CISPS has secrets related to her past. Because of these interferences, she is unable to fully develop her abilities.
